

California born, Meg moved to this beautiful state of Nevada in 2012 in pursuit of new adventures. She is a mother of two very active boys who always keep her on her toes! She loves to get outdoors for any reason at all, as well as ride her mountain bike in her free time. After a decade of strengthening her own home practice, Meg earned her yoga teaching certification with We Are One Flow Yoga School in our neighboring city of Reno, Nv. She has accumulated 400 hours of YTT and is currently working towards a 500 hour certification. Having worked mostly with athletes in the area, Meg’s focus is on guiding students through a strong and empowering practice, while simultaneously achieving greater flexibility and mobility.
I think anyone who wants it should have access to yoga. Maybe these bite size tips will open up that possibility for someone. You don’t need to be flexible or strong or any particular shape. Just show up, feel your breath, explore sensation. See where it takes you!
